Maria Lauterbach, who was eight months pregnant, was killed by a fellow Marine at Camp Lejeune in December 2007. C |      △基于涂布的铜锌锡硫硒薄膜光伏组件及其光电转换性能      　　在此基础上，科研团队开发出适合大面积连续生产的溶液涂布工艺，在10平方厘米的基板上制得了高度均匀的铜锌锡硫硒薄膜。用这块薄膜做成1平方厘米的小面积电池，认证效率可达14.2%;通过激光划线做成6节子电池串联、总面积10.5平方厘米的组件认证效率仍可达到13.0%。     　　据了解，这项技术为低成本、绿色薄膜光伏组件的规模化制造提供了新思路。
